You approve before it's live
Your website will not be publicly launched until you approve it. Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds for feedback before launch: two on Starter, three on Managed.
No separate build fee, from $10/month
There's no separate website build or setup fee. The plan you select is billed according to the pricing shown, and that subscription covers hosting, support, and your plan's included updates.
Your content stays yours
You own your domain, business content, logo, photographs, and customer data. While your account is active, you can request an export of your website-specific content and available deployable files.

Is there a separate fee to build my website?
No separate website build or setup fee. You pay a monthly plan that covers hosting, support, and your plan's included updates. Starter is $10/month, Managed is $35/month, both billed annually.
How long does it take to go live?
For Starter, the initial version is typically ready in 5–7 business days, with a typical launch in about 7–14 business days. For Managed, the initial version is typically ready in 7–10 business days, with a typical launch in about 10–20 business days. Turnaround begins once we have your completed onboarding information, content, branding assets, and any account access we need. Timelines vary by project and aren't a guaranteed launch date.
Can I add growth services later?
Yes, and many clients do. Once your managed website is live, SEO and lead generation are available as optional growth services, and things like e-commerce can be scoped in as a custom solution, all priced separately based on what your business needs. Tell us what you're after and we'll scope it out.
I already have a website. Can you work with what I have?
Yes. We can take over hosting and management of an existing site, add a growth service like better lead generation, or scope in a custom solution like e-commerce. You don't have to start over. If your existing site has structural problems that would hold back the work, we'll tell you upfront rather than charge you to work around it.
Is there a minimum commitment, and what happens if I cancel?
Each plan includes an initial 12-month commitment. After the first year, you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Hosting and support continue through that date; afterward you have 30 days to request a full export of your website files before they may be deleted. See our full commitment and cancellation terms.
