Website Sherpa is operated by Wheeling Software LLC, based in Wheeling, Illinois. We build, host, and manage websites for small businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit websitesherpa.io, contact us, buy a plan, or join our affiliate program.
Information We Collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, the topic you choose, and your message.
- Live chat: the messages and contact details you share in our website chat.
- Email and text messages: your email address or phone number and what you send us when you contact us directly.
- Payments: when you buy a plan, Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Affiliate program: if you join, our affiliate platform collects your name, email address, and payout details, and records the visits and sign-ups linked to your referral link.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.
- Domain searches: names you enter in Find a Domain or WHOIS Lookup are sent from your browser to public registry services (rdap.org and IANA) to get results. We do not store your searches.
