Is hosting included in my plan?
Yes. Hosting, SSL, monitoring, and backups are included in both the Starter and Managed plans. There's no separate hosting bill from us.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
Yes. We can take over hosting and management of an existing site. If it has structural problems that would hold it back, we'll tell you upfront rather than charge you to work around them.
Do I need to know anything about servers?
No. We take care of the server side, SSL certificates, monitoring, and backups. You focus on your business and tell us when you want something changed.
Is business email included?
No. Email is a separate service you sign up for and pay directly. We recommend Google Workspace for a professional address at your own domain.
What happens to hosting if I cancel?
Hosting, maintenance, support, and included plan services continue through the effective cancellation date. Website Sherpa isn't required to continue hosting once the paid service period ends. See pricing for full cancellation terms.
