From choosing a plan to an actively managed website: here's what to expect at each step.
Select a website plan
Pick the plan that fits your business. Starter is a simple, credible site with up to four pages. Managed adds more pages, content help, conversion tracking, and priority support.
Compare PlansComplete onboarding
After checkout, we'll send you a short onboarding form to collect the details we need to get started.
Provide content, branding, and access
Share your logo, brand colors, photos, copy, and any account access we need. Your turnaround begins once we have everything required: the more complete this is, the smoother things go.
We prepare your initial version
Our team designs and builds your website within your plan's page and form limits. You'll receive a preview link for review.
You submit consolidated revision feedback
Review the preview and send us one consolidated set of feedback per revision round: two rounds on Starter, three on Managed.
We complete your included revisions
We apply your feedback within the included revision rounds. Requests that change direction, add pages, or introduce new functionality are treated as scope changes and quoted separately.
You approve the website
Your website will not be publicly launched until you approve it.
Your website is launched
Once approved, we connect your domain and go live.
Ongoing hosting & updates
Hosting, maintenance, support, and your plan's included update time continue for as long as your subscription is active: 30 minutes per quarter on Starter, 60 minutes per month on Managed.
