Professional email at your own domain
Swap the free address for one that matches your business, like hello@yourbusiness.com. We recommend Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, Drive and more, all under your name.
Your email address is part of your brand
Every quote, invoice, and reply you send carries it. A matching address tells customers they're dealing with a real business.
Look established
An address at your own domain matches your website and business cards, and it's harder for scammers to imitate than a free one.
Addresses for your team
Give each person their own inbox, and set up shared ones like info@ or bookings@ so nothing gets missed.
The business stays in control
Accounts belong to your business, not to an employee's personal login. When someone leaves, their email and files stay with you.
More than an inbox
Google Workspace bundles the tools most small businesses need to communicate and stay organized.
Gmail
The inbox you already know, at your own domain. Strong spam filtering, fast search, and apps for phone and desktop.
Google Meet
Video meetings with customers and your team, right from a calendar invite or a link. No extra software for your guests.
Google Calendar
Shared calendars for appointments, jobs, and team schedules, with reminders that keep everyone on time.
Google Drive
Cloud storage for your files, photos, and contracts. Share them with a link and reach them from any device.
Docs, Sheets & Slides
Write quotes, track inventory, and build presentations together in real time, without passing files back and forth.
And more
Google Chat for quick team messages, admin controls to add or remove users, and security features like 2-step verification.
You pay Google directly, per user. See Google's pricing page for current plans.

Business email questions, answered
Do I need my own domain to use Google Workspace?
Yes. A professional address like you@yourbusiness.com needs a domain you own. If you don't have one yet, you can search for an available name on our Find a Domain page.
Who do I pay for Google Workspace?
You sign up and pay Google directly, per user, on the plan you choose. Website Sherpa doesn't resell or bill for Google Workspace. Check Google's pricing page for current plans and prices.
Can I keep using the Gmail app I already know?
Yes. Google Workspace email runs on Gmail, so you get the same inbox, search, and mobile apps. The difference is that your address uses your business domain and the account belongs to your business.
Will my website or existing email break when I switch?
Your website keeps working because email and web traffic use different DNS records. If you already have email on your domain, the switch needs a little planning so no messages are lost. Get in touch and we'll walk through it with you.
Is Website Sherpa part of Google?
No. Website Sherpa is an independent company that recommends Google Workspace through Google's referral program. If you sign up through our link, we may receive a referral reward from Google at no extra cost to you.
